FAQs

What are CFF 2016 sponsorship options & benefits?

Becoming a CFF sponsor is a terrific opportunity for your business, service or cause to be publicly endorsed as an ethical choice in an ever-growing vegan and cruelty-free marketplace.

As a non-profit event hosted by Animal Liberation, stall fees alone do not cover the costs to present this event. As such, we are hugely appreciative of our sponsors and rely on their support each year to assist us in presenting this exceptional and inspirational festival.

We have a limited number of great value sponsor packages listed below. Area sponsorships (i.e. Speed Dating, Kid’s Corner) can be tailored onto our top packages for an addition fee.

Are there any restrictions on what I can sell?

Cruelty Free Festival welcomes all businesses and organisations who share our vision of a kinder world. Food, drink, wine, grocery, wholesale, professional services, cosmetics, personal care, fashion, accessories, jewellery, kids’ clothes, toys, home furnishings, books, DVDs, stationery, magazines – as long as what is sold, promoted or displayed on the day is 100% vegan and certified cruelty-free (i.e. contains no animal or animal-derived products and is not tested on animals).

Where appropriate, companies must be accredited as cruelty-free by Choose Cruelty Free Australia, or an overseas accreditation body such as PETA or Cruelty Free International.

As a green event, all stallholders’ packaging and tableware must be made from recycled/renewable materials and be biodegradable. Excess packaging is the stallholder’s responsibility and must be taken away at the conclusion of the event.

All stallholders selling food, drinks, alcohol, or packaged foods/grocery items must have a City of Sydney Temporary Food Permit.

Ready to eat food products are permitted, which can be prepared and sold on-site, or prepared and heated on-site. Electric and enclosed gas flame cooking is permitted (no open flame).

Wineries and boutique breweries are welcome; however, liquor service is restricted to sampling only.

Are dogs welcome?

Yes! Dogs are welcome inside the venue  and water bowls will be provided.

Dogs on stage by TSDog owners and lovers looking to mingle are also welcome to attend our Doggie Speed Dating session! Please go to our What’s Happening webpage to register your interest.

We welcome rescue groups who book a stall to bring Rescue Dogs looking for a forever home to the event. We will also work with such groups to promote these dogs prior via social media and onstage on the day (where possible).

Rules: it is a venue requirement to keep dogs on lead at all times (as children and food present) and to take them outside to toilet and clean up after  them. Non-compliance may result in you and your dog being asked by security or festival management to leave.

Can I share a stall?

You can share a single stall but each stallholder must have their own public liability insurance as required by the venue. Shared food and drink stalls (including packaged) must also each have their own Temporary Food Permits from City of Sydney Council.

To book a shared stall, we require that the stallholder registration form be completed by just one stallholder, who will be responsible for paying the account. We do not split invoices for shared stalls; however, we will list both stallholders with hyperlinked logos on our website.

Please consider if the storage space of just one stall will be enough for both your needs.
